Translation
μέγιστε μάρτυς Χριστοῦ, σὸν λάτριν σκέποις Κομνηνοδούκαν τὸν σεβαστὸν ἀξίαν.
Great martyr of Christ, may you protect your servant ... Komnenos Doukas, sebastos by title.
Commentary
Wassiliou-Seibt proposed ἀξίαν as the last word in the inscription, but it is likely that the owner's Christian name came at the end.
