Translation
Σῶτερ, σῶσον Χριστοδούλῳ χαρτουλαρίῳ καὶ ἐπισκεπτίτῃ.
Saviour, grant salvation to Christodoulos, chartoularios and episkeptites.
Commentary
Note the unusual ligature combining ΠΤΙ in the last line of the reverse.
