Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Λέοντος ὑπάτου καὶ κουμερκιαρίου Χαλδίας.

Lord, help your servant. (Seal of) Leo, hypatos and kommerkiarios of Chaldia.

Commentary

A tab-like appendage of the lead has been folded over on the obverse (obviously when the blank was heated) and then pressed inside the boulloterion, so the inscription is printed and runs without interruption on the regular surface and the additional tab surface.
