Translation

Φωτίου βασιλικοῦ νοταρίου (?).

(Seal of) Photios (?) imperial notarios (?).

Commentary

Both monograms on the seal are unresolved. The obverse cannot be clearly identified as Φωτίου, as what has been read here as a Τ is likely actually a Γ. Although the reverse most likely reads imperial notarios, for this to be the case, one must find both a Κ and a Ρ within the Β. If the reverse reads something else, it could perhaps resolve to Βαστιάνου (Bastianos).
