Ἰουλιανοῦ/Ἀνανίου.

(Seal of) Julian (or Ananias).

Commentary

Zacos reads Καρίνου, based on BZS.1955.1.40 where this monogram appears on the obv. and Καρίνου appears on the rev. However, Καρίνου does not resolve the monogram, as it lacks a Κ and a Ρ, but a monogram from San Vitale does, as Ἰουλιανοῦ. Another possible reading of the monogram is Ananias.
