Translation

Ἀναστασίου σκρινιαρίου.

(Seal of) Anastasios skriniarios.

Commentary

An alternate reading of the reverse monogram is Ἰουστινιάνου (Justinian) and an ultimate reading of the reverse is κορνικουλάριος; the latter is obviously unlikely because it would be nominative versus the genitive on the obverse.
