Translation
δεσμεύω γραφὰς μέλανος κυλινδρίνω Ἁγιοθεοδωρίτου Γρηγορίου.
I lock Gregory Hagiotheodorites' letters of black and enclose them.
Commentary
This is a remarkable inscription in which the seal is made to say that it locks or secures (δεσμεύω) the letters written in black ink (μέλανος) and encloses them (κυλινδρίνω), that is to say by securing the cord wrapped around the rolled up document.
