γραφῶν σφράγισμα τῶν παραθαλλασιτῶν.

Seal of the correspondence of the parathalassitai.

Commentary

Although the inscription is preserved on one side only, it would seem that this seal refers to the judicial and tax officials supervising maritime traffic (παραθαλασσίται) issuing correspondence as a collective body.
