St. Anastasia standing, holding a martyr's cross (r. hand). Crosses above on both sides. On either side the inscription. |ΗΑ|ΓΙ|Α|ΑΝ|ΑΣΤ|ΑΣ|ΙΑ: ἡ ἁγία Ἀναστασία. Wreath border.

Reverse

A cruciform invocative monogram (type V); in the quarters: ΙΑΝ|ΝΗ. Within concentric circles of dots, a circular inscription.
