Translation

Ἰωάννης πρωτοσπαθάριος ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου, κριτὴς τοῦ βίλου, πρωτονοτάριος τῶν Ἐλευθερίου . . .

John protospatharios epi tou Chrysotriklinou, judge of the Velum, protonotarios ton Eleutheriou  . . .

Commentary

On the second line of the reverse, there is an accent mark over the iota. The reading of the last line is not certain. John may have been a judge of Chaldia or the kourator of an imperial domain.
