St. Demetrios standing, dressed in armour and holding his spear and shield. On either side, vertical inscription: Γ|||h|m|hτρ|ο|σ : ὁ ἅγιος Δημήτριος. Indeterminate border.

Inscription of seven lines, a cross above. Indeterminate border.

Translation

σκέποις με, μάρτυς, σὸν λάτρην Καλαμάνον γραφὰς δὲ κλείον καὶ μαχησμοῖς συμπνέων.

Martyr, watch over me, your servant Kalamanos, securing my correspondence and standing by me in battle.

Commentary

The second to last letter in the fourth line of the reverse appears to be a lambda, or perhaps a lambda-epsilon ligature, but this is not certain.
