Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι διακόνῳ, κουβουκλεισίῳ, καὶ χαρτοφύλακι.

Lord, help your servant Leo, deacon, kouboukleisios, and chartophylax.

Commentary

There are some differences in his reading, of which the most important is that in the second line of the reverse, he reads ΑΧ instead of ΑΚ, and therefore monk instead of deacon.
