Translation

σταυρὸς σφραγὶς μου καὶ φυλακὴ καὶ σκέπη.

The Cross is my seal, my protect and my shelter.

Commentary

Wassiliou-Seibt read the letters in the quarters as Ν, Κ, Ζ, Φ and took them to form the epithet "life-bringing victory" in connection with the image and ideology of the Cross.
