Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀναστασίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν οἰκιακῶν ὁ τοῦ Φύλακος.

Mother of God, help your servant Anastasios imperial protospatharios and epi ton oikeiakon (in charge of the Phylax?).

Commentary

The phrase Ὁ τοῦ Φύλακος may signify that Anastasios was in charge of the Phylax or it may designate a family name. W. Seibt (BZ 100 [2007]: 234) prefers the latter interpretation.
