Commentary

The reverse monogram is quite likely although a bit strange: the right arm of the cruciform slightly protrudes into the Σ, making this letter almost read as an Ε; however, because it so barely protrudes, it is likely a mistake. Moreover, there may be an Ω at the bottom of the lower arm of the cruciform, which would give a reading of σκρίβωνος, an alternative spelling of the genitive.
