Translation

Νικηφόρον πρόεδρον καὶ δούκα Συναδηνὸν σκέποις.

May you watch over Nikephoros Synadenos, proedros and doux.

Commentary

This appears to be a standard invocation in dodecasyllabic verse with the family name Synadenos inserted. The restoration of the family name is somewhat provisional, following Wassiliou-Seibt's reading.
