Translation

Ἰωάννης προσύγκελος ὁ Παγομένος.

John Pagomenos, protosynkellos.

Commentary

While protosynkellos is an ecclesiastical title, this seems to be the seal of a layman. In the eleventh century, this was not an uncommon occurrence; see DO Seals 2, no. 36.4.
