Translation

I ratify the decisions and confirm the words of Niketas, dispenser of justice in the theme of the Thrakesioi.

Commentary

Two twelve-syllable verses varying slightly from those presented on the same owner's BZS.1951.31.5.1928. The engraver incised a superfluous abbreviation mark at the end of the last line on the reverse.
