Ἰωάννου μητροπολίτου.

(Seal of) the metropolitan John.

Commentary

The military saint, bearded and killing a dragon, must be St. Theodore. A similar depiction of the saint is seen on a seal of the bishop of Euchaita (DO Seals 4, no. 16.4).
