Translation

Κύριε/Θεοτόκε βοήθη τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ κλιρικῷ καὶ κουβουκλισίο.

Lord/Theotokos, help your servant Theodore imperial cleric and kouboukleisios.

Commentary

Laurent reads Constantine cleric and kouboukleisios; however, the ΣΙ of βασιλικῷ is clearly visible in the second line (giving the more common "imperial cleric"), and the remains name in the first line seem to read Theodore.
