St. Theodore standing, holding a spear in his right hand and balancing his shield against the ground. Epigraphy (note the reversal of letters in the column on the right): |θε||ρο|οσ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεώδορος. Border of dots.

Reverse

Inscription of four lines. Border of dots.

ὁμώ[νυ]μον, ἀθλητά, σὸν δοῦλ(ον) σκέποις

Translation

ὁμώνυμον, ἀθλητά, σὸν δοῦλον σκέποις.

Champion, may you protect your servant of the same name.
