Translation

Θεοτόκε, σκέπε, φύλαττε δεσιμώτατον Σωτήριχον.

Mother of God, protect and guard the most venerable Soterichos.

Commentary

As Wassiliou-Seibt remarks, δεσιμώτατος is a more common form of αἰδεσιμώτατος, a term used of someone highly placed in the clergy.
