The saints shown within the medallions have been identified as St. Auxentios (top left), St. Eugenios (top right), St. Eustratios (middle), St. Mardarios (lower left), and St. Orestes (lower right). No epigraphy visible. Border of dots.

Reverse

Inscription of five lines, a cross between dashes above. Border of dots.

Translation

Εὐστρατίου σφράγισμα πεντὰς μαρτύρων.
