Translation

Βουλὰς βεβαιῶ καὶ λόγους Κωνσταντίνου Φιλοκάλωνος Σέτη τοῦ ἀσηκρῆτις.

I certify the decisions and correspondence of the asekretis Constantine Philokales Setes.

Commentary

We agree with Wassiliou-Seibt's reading of the unusual name Philokalon, accepting her argument that the sigma in the inscription is a mistake and that the name was in all likelihood Philokales, here adapted to fit the metre.
