The archangel Michael standing, wings outspread, holding a sceptre in his right hand and a globus cruciger in his left. Epigraphy on either side (poorly preserved on the right): Ο|Χ|ΑΡ-Χ̅|Μ : Ὁ ἀρχ(άγγελος) Μιχ(αήλ). Border of dots.

πτέρυξι ταῖς σαῖς, Μιχαὴλ πρωτοστάτα, Ἰωάννην με τὸν Τουρκόπουλον σκέποις.
Michael, foremost in battle, shelter me, John Tourkopoulos, beneath your wings.

Commentary
Note the superfluous abbreviation mark at the beginning of the fourth line of the reverse.
