An emperor (Tiberios III) standing, wearing a chlamys and crown, holding a globus cruciger in his right hand and his left before his chest. At left and right: Ι|Ι : Ἰ(νδικτιὼν) ιδ' and Ἰ(νδικτιὼν) ιε'. Traces of a circular inscription beginning at 12 o'clock. Incuse border.

Translation

Κωνσταντίνου . . . καὶ γενικοῦ κομμερκιαρίου ἀποθήκης Κωνσταντινουπόλεως.

(Seal of) Constantine . . . general kommerkiarios of the apotheke of Constantinople.

Commentary

Zacos and Veglery note that the double indiction on this seal indicates that it was issued during Indiction 15, but that Constantine also held the office the previous year.
