Obverse
Bust of St. Nicholas holding the book and offering a blessing. Inscription preserved at right: κ|ο|λ : [ὁ ἅ(γιος) Νι]κόλ(αος). Border of dots.
Reverse
A patriarchal cross mounted a base of three steps. An x at the junction of the cross and lower transverse bar. Pearls adorn the ends of the crossbars and the top of the cross. On either side, small crosses adorned with pearls at the ends.
